Q. How do we get a Micromarket Card

A.  Normally they are issued by your location contact or they are available next to the kiosk.  If you need more please email a support request.

Q. How to replace a Lost/stolen or damaged card

A. If you need a replacement card please email us a request with your details, lost or stolen cards should be reported quickly to block unauthorised use.

Q. How do I top up my market card

A. You can load funds at the Kiosk or online. After registering your new card our online portal will help you set an auto top up on your card.  Click marketcard

Q. Can we request special items for our Micromarket Shop

A. Yes, please email your request.

Q. I need support with the self service kiosk how do I report this.

These terms and conditions outline the use governing the market card.

We recommend you read these conditions of use and if you require further information email to admin@micromarket.com.au

Accepting the Micromarket card and agreeing to the terms and conditions
The use of the Micromarket member card constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions.  Using the card or system would include activating, registering loading funds or spending at the market shop.

Locations accepted
The Micromarket member rewards card is only accepted at Micromarket pty ltd outlets and is not transferable

Loading funds to your account/card
The card can be loaded with funds at the MicroMarket outlet with cash, debit or credit, and also online via a credit card, Mastercard and visa card only.  The online portal also offers an auto top up option.  All credit card transactions are managed by DPS payment gateways and standard e-commerce privacy and security measures have been implemented.

Funds loaded should be treated as prepayment for goods at the MicroMarket outlets, once funds are loaded they must be used at the MicroMarket outlets.

Purchases
To purchase goods with your preloaded micromarket card, you will choose the desired items at the market shop and scan them or select the items at the self service kiosk and then present your market card for payment.

The transactions will be recorded against you account and can be viewed online or at the kiosk.

Insufficient funds
If you have insufficient funds to complete a transaction you would be required to remove items from the shopping cart until you have sufficient funds to proceed with the checkout, or load additional funds to your account.

Transaction are authorized by you when you complete the self service checkout by agreeing to charges applied by the self service kiosk terminal.

Full Transaction history can be viewed online or partial history at the kiosk.

Pin access
The system allows an additional level of security with pin access, the use or not of this feature is optional, we recommend all users apply a Pin to their account. 

Cash withdrawal
The self service terminals do not allow cash withdrawal from the market account.

Validity and Expiry
The MicroMarket members reward card will not expire while it is active and being used.  An account with inactivity exceeding 12 months will be cancelled, and can be reactivated only by the registered user.

Lost/Stolen or damaged cards
Treat this card like cash, a non registered card cannot be refunded, a registered card can only be refunded for the amount still in the account at the time it was reported lost or stolen to MicroMarket support during normal business hours and once support has replied with a freeze on the account.  No liability will be taken for funds lost or stolen from a registered or non registered card.

Replacement cards
An admin card replacement fee of $2 is charged to link a new card to your existing registered account.  This fee is charged to your MicroMarket member account.

Cancelling the account
You may request to cancel your account and be issued with a refund of remaining funds.  The fee to cancel and process a refund is $10, refunds would be issued via cheque or funds transfer into your nominated account.  Requests should be made via email.

Rewards Points
The rewards points will accumulate at the rate or 1point per 1cent.

Points can be redeemed at the market kiosk shop for goods available at your market outlet.

Changes to the terms and conditions
MicroMarket pty ltd reserves the right to update and amend the terms and conditions of use and participation.

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information, however, for access to Micromarket.com.au customer support features you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique username and password, or provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to handling customer support enquiries, processing transactions or customer freight shipping. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to deliver the service. Use of your personal information

For each visitor to reach the site, we expressively collect the following non-personally identifiable information, including but not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the Site, page access times and referring website address. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this site.

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will use for these new purposes only, data collected from the time of the policy change forward will adhere to our updated practices.
